The only reason is that my car was having a simple upgrade on the satnav, and it was supposed to be done in one day, but it took 3 days. The staff we're honest about the problems they were having and went out of their way to help me.

I was informed they would need the vehicle all day Monday and possibly run into Tuesday .I received it back repaired and washed Monday afternoon excellent first class treatment .
Had to return to the garage as the oil warning light was showing after collection. Previously the standard of vehicle clean has been good this time it was poor.
