Paid 425 pounds for service plan.Had one check up.Car has done only 13000 miles and shows one red light.The service manager was going to speak to someone and see if it could be serviced.To date has not bothered to reply.So no oil change.Total rip off

Quick and easy to arrange service and courtesy car. Everything explained and costed. A slight hitch on the day as to the location of the car for me, (it had been booked at another location), an alternative vehicle was sourced very quickly.

I was well looked after but I had phoned in advance for a quote but then the bill differed, I was somewhat a bit surprised but when I mentioned it, it was sorted out immediately so not a problem
