I'm a perfectionist so I can normally find a problem with everyone and everything. However I couldn't find a single thing to find fault with so marshalls must have done a great job

As i said i was waiting for the car to be serviced .Sat in the waiting area with a cup of coffee ,and kept up to date on how things were going very pleased.
All went discussed when booking in car.
We were able to leave the car the evening before the work was due to be done due to our work commitments.

I went in with a nail in my tyre and I had paid the tyre insurance and they did everything they could to get me in straight away

Service department was supposed to open at 8am, nobody arrived until 8:10am. My lift to work was there and ready but could not do anything until the service dept. opened.
