I came in with very tough steering wheel. The service manager took my car out after the Service team had sorted it and said the steerings fine, I can turn it with one finger it made me feel extremely small and stupid

I had to have a new wheel + 4 new tyres but I had to take my car somewhere else to get the tracking done. It would have been better if the tracking could have been done at Marshall's

My pick up date got cancelled quite a few times due to paper work ie log book missing. Which led to me and my partner having to have numerous days off work . As we live in sheffied. Kindly loaned me a car on 2 occasions but shouldn't have needed to.
Staff always pleasant and helpful, car returned quickly and clean and the cost was less than expected.
This was my first experience of a service at BMW. I had assumed the car would have been cleaned following the work but it wasn't. Perhaps my expectations are too high

Didnt contact me that my car was ready. I rang & was told I it was ready & they was closing in 15min. Which I to walk which it was raining & would take longer then 15mins to get there. So my car had to be left there over night.
They fixed all the little niggling problems except one, and they said they would have to order a part in.

As already stated this was down to the representative, Chris Portogallo, he provided an excellent personnel service, he was extremely helpful and he provided an outstanding service.
I have had BMWs before but this is my first brand new car. From deciding on which car i wanted getting the spec i wanted to setting up the finance has all gone very smoothly and has been well explained at every step. An exceptional service.
Everything ready when I got there, and car was cleaned and polished to a high standard. Paul also worked around me for the time and date I could do.
