The service itself was straight forward. However, I always have to plan my services three/four weeks in advance as I need a courtesy car due to work commitments. It appears that this dealership only has the one spare car. SEE BELOW RESPONSE

I have always had excellent service and advice when visiting Marshall or Astle as it was when I began in 2004. Staff will try to give me the best deal they can on a needed part or in the last case a service plan I had not considered.

Car went in to get two new tyres, no issues with changing and car was washed and valeted when given back. A high standard and professionalism of work was completed.

Transport was arranged (home and back), the car serviced (and washed) in good time and feed-back was excellent. The lady also took time to fully explain the details of the Marshall's cost-spreading Service Plan - which I intend taking advantage of.

Marshall BMW have had my M4 in 3x times trying to why my clock and date will not till forward after been updated.I must also stress the car was taken in for other faults all sensor issues
