the service was as usual great and very customer focussed. bit disappointed not to have my car washed and hoovered though!

I arrived for an 8.00am appt. At 8.40am I was informed the parts needed for my job not available. On the plus side they arranged with another local BMW dealer to have the parts collected asap. Job completed 4 hours later very efficiently.

Everyone was really helpful especially Chloe. Nothing was too much trouble amd everything was explained really well.

Extremely helpful and progress updated as I was waiting. The car wash after service was poor- surfaces smeared and not up to normal standard as previously experienced from BMW . Was told just started .

Absolutely abysmal..my wife took a day off work to get her car serviced, booked a courtesy car ,got there and there was no car available on the 15th May!Then had to book another day off work and go back the Friday after on the 22nd.Would u be ok?
