Was given one price over the phone but when I got to the garage had a different price and was more but honoured price given at the start. No courtesy car given which is disappointing. And needs to be like for like

Whilst the staff were initially helpful, it became apparent that I have been overcharged on three service plans and I was told it would cost me £105 to be refunded. The service manager promised to contact me but has not done so

The car was booked in for a service and to look at a break warning light. When I picked up the car the warning light was still on. The engineer refused to look at it because the breaks had previously been fitted by a third party.

Overall seemingly a successful airbag refit, But within two days I have a flat battery recently replaced before the refitting. Not sure if the refitting has caused the issue
