Service was good, however the value to my car was poor, if I had to pay for this I would not have paid, car was not clean, wheels were same state as when I dropped it off. I should have come back in and expressed my dissatisfaction.

Fault finding delay,I instructed to replace door card as it was so part could be ordered.Car not returned for 9 days-no courtesy car&if had been would have been £30 pd.doorcard repaired, fitted&ok. Paintwork damage not touched up-left til service

I received a call about my car after I dropped it off asking me to pay for my service. The lady then said to pay for the service today and then to claim it back. I was so angry that I had to go back to the showroom I was then asked to show proof.
