Quickly seen to after booking in. Car health check completed as well as the problem booked in with, completed same day. All staff very friendly and efficient

I've just bought my car and took it to Marshalls Scunthorpe they gave it a brake fluid service and a thorough health check . From first entering the premises I found all the staff very friendly knowledgeable and very helpful.

After some bad news with problems with the car. Chloe was a star in sorting the warranty information out to ensure it covered the problems. Spot on. Thanks

Staff were friendly and polite. Extras ordered online were not supplied. Car was cleaned externally very badly. The recall job was a huge disappointment as wrong colour parts have been fitted. BMW have since distanced themselves from any solution.

I was told to do the keys for 8 and the car was only taken for service at 13;00. I didn't leave the centre till 16:30 and was never notified of this.

Always nice friendly staff, always polite, clean premises and do a good job on my BMW's . Usually finish the work , car cleaned too whenever I have asked it to be ready for collection. BMW at Scunthorpe is an excellent dealership to do business with

The only reason I've given the rating I have is based on the helpfulness of the receptionist that's all. The service dept and management is shambolic. The scare monger in getting work done & the manager knows this but does nothing.

Combative experience at check in with Information given by myself to the service contact prior to the visit not been passed on (she was away on my visit) to the member of staff on the day and it got worse once the work was complete, or rather wasn't

Waiting time for load car to long, had warning lights on and needed sorting asap Car not washed after service Key battery was low, warning message etc, never replaced !

They were courteous enough, but didn't like to have to wait all day to get health check results. It resulted in me having to take car back the following day to get repairs done.

3 weeks on from the requested diagnostic bejng undertaken and paid for I am still waiting for the email which was promised to say what the diagnostic recommended and a quote for the work. I've phoned 4 times and visited in person but still nothing!
