Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. This particular visit was fine and Samantha who works there is always very helpful. The problem occurs when calling the branch and waiting for a promised call back. We have 2 BMW's and it's always the same issue.

I would have given 10 out of 10 but when I was about to drive away after my service the first thing I had to do was clean my windscreen. I should have complained but automatically used the wipers to clean and drove away a little disappointed

They resolved the issue the car went in for, but then had to come and collect it a few days later as it had more issues. They did resolve these and added fuel too, which I though was very thoughtful. Rachel who got me the loan card was very helpful
