Car was to be collected in the morning - it wasn't. I tried phoning but couldn't get through so drove the car to Marshall's. Debate had as whether recall work was required, it was when vehicle registration was corrected. Vehicle not returned as agree

Booking in problem dealt with and extremely efficient dealings with local branch of Marshall scunthorpe as usual. I was made to feel as though I did actually matter and not how I had felt when dealing with the call centre.
Initial telephone car to make the service appointment was dealt with by 3 separate people
I only brought my car in for an MOT but it was completed in the time period specified and the car was washed and cleaned. In addition any manufacturer updates were checked.Sam at the service centre is extremely efficient at her job and nothing is too
I stronly believe that the service department is second to none.
Every effort was made to have work dealt with promptly to enable us to travel. A subsequent fault was again dealt with promptly.

I called in on a Saturday to buy a service plan, it was pre-arranged. When I got there the only member of staff in service had been taken I'll and gone home. My details were taken for someone to call me back. I got no call back so I had to phone.

When ever I rang up to enquire about my car. It felt to me that I was getting little or no help with my problem only excuses why it was not fixed. In the end I just stopped ringing. I contacted BMW through face book. yes I was that desperate.

Staff are typically helpful and friendly. Valeting side really let the dealership down on this occasion - would be better to not do it than do a rushed job.
Your service advisor Nathan is always a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and friendly. You now look after my wife's X5 as well as my Alpina and I have never had any complaints so far. The cars always come back clean and tidy as expected.
Wheels were swopped over from winter to summer. Advised that all the wheels would be given a wash, but on collection were still dirty. Was offered to be cleaned on collection, but did not have the time available and had to leave.
I was told the car was serviced and it wasn't and it cost me money after just having the car 4 weeks
Excellent service from Mr Nathan Blewit, always very helpful and efficient.
Told over the phone to bring it it in, and somebody would look at it. But they didn't, only booked in for another day. So, on second visit, guy took car for a ride around the block, then said it was ok. Third visit booked in again. Fourth visit fixed

The employees at Marshall's. carried out the work to the highest standard but unfortunately the software update is not what you would expect from BMW and only works intermittently.
Always helpful, courteous and efficient. Only slight issue is availability of courtesy cars.
