My car was assessed and fixed under warranty. Sam kept me updated with the process and was very helpful and friendly.

Due to prearranged appointments I had, It would have caused some transport issues being without my car, but the timeliness of Samantha being able to provide a courtesy car eliminated any appointment issues such that my day went very smoothly.

I had a small warranty issue with the car. Chloe at Scunthorpe was brilliant, she managed to get the car it at short notice on a Saturday morning. Car was fixed and they even managed to get it washed and valeted. Great Service!

Mixed really to be honest. Disappointed that three new tyres were required and were not covered by tyre policy or BMW Approved warranty After Sales Manager did support me and help out with costs. Car not adequately valeted - again.
