As above came into book service was told that systems down and someone would contact me to book when systems up. 5 days later still no contact so contacted main BMW who booked in. Jess Ventham on day of service was great so no issue there

Booking online met all my requirements, backed by excellent customer care on site. Personalised billing, with full explanation of proposed work and competitive costings. Work completed at pace and car returned freshly washed. Five star service.

I booked my car in and asked for it to be done early as I finish work at 2. Arrived at 3 pm and car wasn't started. Was told it's a 3 hour wait. I dropped car off at 8.30 am. The way Claire in service spoke to me was disgraceful/very unprofessional
