On turning up unexpectedly due to a warning like I was welcomed and seen to very efficiently, an appointment was made for later in the week to deal with it, depending on what the find may be a quick fix or longer, and would arrange a car if necessary

The service side is very good ,the failing side for me as a customer of bmw for 38 years is the sales team. The service manager is very knowledgeable and has given me great service on both my bmw over the last 3 years approx with recalls.
