Well looked after and kept informed by Sam regarding issue with car which was sorted as quickly as possible within Marshall's control.

The actual service I received was excellent - only scoring a point down due to the fact that changing a battery on a feature I have never used needed 3 hours of labour charge. The batteries either should last longer than 5 years or be sited better.

Car dropped off, serviced, car picked up.

Wasn't up to normal standard at all : 1)no video received for vehicle inspection 2)car was not valeted as promised 3)kept waiting 15 to 20 minutes on pickup while service staff member took and made several calls. Strangely other service staff availa
