You will be a confident communicator, building strong relationships with major corporate clients providing a consistent and reliable service for them with their fleet needs. This role does require someone with previous fleet sales administration experience and an understanding of the post-sale process.

In this role:

• Work closely with corporate clients providing consistently high levels of customer service

• Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales

• Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices

• Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted

We're looking for:

• You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers easily

• Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required

• You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills

• Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
